Why Beeswax?
It naturally protects your lips from a loss of moisture but allows your skin to breathe, This is different to many conventional lip balms that use petroleum jelly. It can also contribute to the healing of chapped and sore lips due to having anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties.
Why Sweet Orange Oil?
Sweet Orange Essential Oil is an uplifting aroma, one of the most popular of essential oils within aromatherapy. It can be used effectively on the immune system, as well as for colds and flu and to eliminate toxins from the body.
That is why I chose it for the lip balm! A natural alternative to chemical-based skin treatments.
